Bringing a background in journalism and academia along with public sector procurement research and marketing, Lisa provides strategic communication in support of the civil engineering industry. She also produces studied sourcing data & analysis, market intelligence, insight and collateral relating to industries, regions, communities, and talent to enhance the overall executive search process.

Prior to joining Redmond Consulting, Lisa provided key market research, organizational data, and technical writing for an environmental consulting firm. This role led to federal contract administration responsibilities within the firm.

Early in her career, Lisa worked closely with faculty from many disciplines at Arizona State University’s Office of Research Publications. A later move to New Jersey opened a door to be Managing Editor of a start-up business newspaper; the venture blossomed as circulation grew more than 50% during her tenure. Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in English with minors in Spanish and political science from the University of Colorado.
